Editha holds a Master's degree in Environmental Planning and Management from The Institute of Rural Development and Planning, Dodoma and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Saint Augustine University of Tanzania. She joined VIE Company Limited in 2023 as a Supervisor for the Search costs, Mobile Phones and Agricultural Development project in Kagera region, Tanzania. She has over 9 years of survey experience with The Institute of Rural Development and Planning, Dodoma where she has worked on both qualitative and quantitative surveys as a Project Field Coordinator, Fieldwork Supervisor and Interviewer on various large scale surveys in Tanzania so she is competent in transcriptions and translations of data too. Editha has substantial experience in project field coordination, managing and monitoring surveys, piloting and testing questionnaires.
