Henry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Project Planning Management and Community Development from the University of Dodoma. He has over 10 years of survey experience with EDI Global and he has worked as a Project Field Coordinator, Fieldwork Supervisor and Interviewer on various large scale surveys in Tanzania for a range of clients including the World Bank, Twaweza, UNICEF, Cornell University and Millennium Challenge Corporation. He has been working with VIE Company Limited since it was founded back in early 2023. He has extensive experience of planning, implementation and management of large scale survey assignments across field areas. Henry has substantial experience in project field coordination, managing and monitoring surveys, piloting and testing questionnaires.
